Opened in June 2026 by a man who came out of wine — his family's Armagnac estate, then fifteen years selling it around the world — and is deliberately brewing hop-forward beer unlike anything else in the Gers. He cans rather than bottles, because hops degrade in light. Very new, so ring before driving out.
